DALBAR, which regularly researches more than 100 top company sites, rated Thrivent.com number 10 among the top 25 life insurance and annuity websites, and number 17 among the top 25 mutual funds websites in the industry.

DALBAR has been tracking website innovations across the financial services industry since 1999 and releases its "WebMonitor" ranking reports quarterly. DALBAR develops standards and provides research, ratings and rankings of the mutual fund, broker/dealer, discount brokerage, life insurance and banking industries.
DALBAR's website ratings are based on five rating criteria: functionality (50 percent), usability (30 percent), behavior centric (20 percent), currency and consistency. Each of these categories is broken down into sub-categories and a point value is assigned. Points are deducted for materials that are not current or relevant and for inconsistent performance of a website.
