The Code of Conduct reflects the principles that Thrivent Financial uses every day for the benefit of our members. Every Thrivent Financial employee and Thrivent Financial representative is expected to review the code and pledge to abide by its guidelines.
  • Conflict of Interest Policy – Identifies and manages conflicts or potential conflicts on the part of Thrivent Financial's directors, officers, employees and agents that might interfere with their judgment or influence their decisions or actions with respect to Thrivent Financial business.
