Code of Conduct

At Thrivent Financial, we are committed to acting with integrity in all of our business dealings. We have instituted a rigorous Code of Conduct (PDF, 749K) that summarizes our policies, sets expectations for behavior and helps guide everyone affiliated with Thrivent Financial.

The Code of Conduct embodies the principles that underlie how Thrivent Financial operates every day for the benefit of members. Every Thrivent Financial employee and Thrivent Financial representative is expected to review the code and pledge to abide by its guidelines.
