For added security, to access any of your personal account information in the Online Banking or Credit Card Account Access sections, you will need to provide your customer number and personal identification number (PIN). When enrolling for these services, you will need to provide your name, Social Security number, phone number, email address, date of birth, address and Thrivent Financial Bank account numbers.
Thrivent Financial Bank has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) of all on-line banking customers. When you logon to your online banking account, MFA places a secure cookie on your computer. The secure cookie, in conjunction with your name and logon password, provide multiple methods of authenticating your identity.
Additionally, the Online Mortgage Center will require you to enter financial information and information about the home if you are applying online for a mortgage.
What other information do we capture?
