Data-Sharing Practices With Affiliates

We may share the data we have about you with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and its affiliates.1 This data may be further disclosed to other approved financial institutions and individuals in accordance with joint marketing agreements and third party service provider arrangements, such as those arrangements that have been established with financial representatives of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans as well as their employees who are conducting activities on their behalf.

Sharing your data allows us to:

  • Provide you with better customer service.
  • Help you make decisions about our products and services.
  • Inform you of products and services that may be of interest to you.

Accuracy of Your Data

Our goal is to keep your data current and accurate. If you find that your account information is not correct, current or complete, please call, email, or write to us at the telephone number or address on your account statement. If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice.

If you no longer have products or services with us, we will not share your data with other companies, other than as permitted by law. We may still share data about you with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and its affiliates.1

Your information-sharing choices are disclosed in the chart contained in this notice. You may tell us not to share data about you with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and its affiliates1 by calling us toll-free at 866-226-5225. You may also use this toll-free number to instruct Thrivent Financial Bank not to market its products or services to you. Despite your direction, we may still share your name, address, telephone number and Social Security number (for tax-reporting and identification purposes). We may also communicate the existence of your products and services. It may take six to eight weeks to make your choices fully effective.

If you are the primary joint-account holder, you may be receiving this notice on behalf of all joint owners of the account. Any account holder may choose one or more of the listed options. You may exercise your right on behalf of all joint owners of the account or only on your own behalf.

You may limit Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and its affiliates1 from marketing their products or services to you based on your personal information that we collect and share with them. This information includes your account history with us.
