Already Have a Prepaid Gift Card:
Call 800-279-5132 (found on the back of your gift card) to:
- Report a lost or stolen card.
- Obtain a replacement card.
- Dispute a charge.
- Check your balance.
Cardholder Agreements:
- For cards issued on or after 8/22/10 (PDF, 74K) – Will have an expiration date no earlier than 2017.
- For cards issued before 8/22/10 (PDF, 69K) – Will have an expiration date no later than 2012. Please note the following changes that have been made to the agreement:
- the $5.00 cash advance fee was removed;
- the 1% international transaction fee was removed;
- the replacement card fee was listed twice, once correctly as $3.50 and once incorrectly as $5.00; the incorrect listing of $5.00 was changed to $3.50.
