Our Regional Financial Office Serves 23 Counties in:
- Minnesota: Communities along the eastern and northern edges of the state, from south of the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area to the north shores of Lake Superior and along the Canadian border.
- Wisconsin: Communities east along the south shores of Lake Superior to Ashland, wrapping down along the western side of the state.

Tom Young
Tom believes in setting the bar high, especially for himself. At the same time, he stresses the importance of balancing hard work with family and fun.
Tom joined the organization in 2003 as a partner and became a managing partner in July 2009. His dedication to success – and helping others succeed – is reflected in the professional accomplishments he has made throughout his career, including:
- CLF (Chatered Leadership Fellow), a designation granted by the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA, in conjunction with LIMRA International and GAMA International.
- FIC (Fraternal Insurance Counselor), a designation granted by the Fraternal Field Managers' Association.
- GAMA (General Agents and Managers Association) Master Agency Award.
Tom is a member of:
- NAFIC (National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors).
- NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors).
In his free time, Tom is involved in Feed My Starving Children, Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity and Anoka County Food Shelf. He and his wife, Michelle, have two children and live in Eagan, Minnesota.
