Retirement Savings Programs
Helping clients plan for their financial future will be an important aspect of your career as a financial representative. We think it's important to help you plan for your retirement too. We offer three opportunities to help you build financial security and peace of mind.
- Thrivent capital accumulation plan – After one year of service, earn a benefit through contributions made by Thrivent Financial. The percentage increases annually during the first 13 years of service. This is a very beneficial plan, especially for high-producing financial representatives.
- 401(k) savings plan – Upon hire, you may participate in a 401(k) plan that allows you to save on either a pre-tax or after-tax "Roth" basis. You decide where to invest your 401(k) account by choosing from a wide range of different investment options.
- Retiree medical plan – In addition, you will have the ability to participate in a retiree medical plan offering you and your family access to medical coverage after retirement.
