Chapter Leader Roles
The chapter leadership board is comprised of five required elected positions, five optional elected positions and a number of advisory roles appointed by the elected leaders. The board provides strategic direction, leadership planning and administration to support congregational and community service teams.

The chapter president demonstrates leadership to the chapter board, which provides strategic direction, leadership planning and administration support to congregational and community service teams.

The chapter vice president provides leadership in the absence of the president. The person may be well-prepared to seek election to the presidency once the incumbent steps down. The vice president works with the communications director to invite elected officials to chapter activities and leads the Nominating Committee for identifying future chapter leaders.

The person plays a significant role in working to increase member engagement and growth.
