Application Guidelines - Corporate Communities
How to Apply
- Complete the brief online Eligibility Survey to find out if your nonprofit organization is eligible for a grant.
- If you are eligible, complete the application at the end of the Eligibility Survey. Prior to doing so, note the following:
- Read and have a thorough understanding of the Grant Writing Criteria.
- Email submissions are required. Submit your application and all supporting documentation as one PDF file.
- Reports are required for all grant awards.
- Understand the exclusions.
- Renewal funding
- Reports must be received before renewal funding will be considered.
- Complete and submit the Grant Report (PDF, 749K).
- Quarterly deadlines are as follows: Note: All submission dates are email timestamp deadlines.

Focus
This grant program focuses on:
- Ending homelessness. Helping resolve unmet needs – physical, economic and social – can help ensure everyone has a safe, stable place to live. Review Guidelines.
- Financial wellness. Making informed financial decisions is a cornerstone well-being. Review Guidelines.
- Early childhood education. Providing basic skills and being prepared to learn in the classroom can lead to longer-term academic success and ultimately, a more productive workforce. Review Guidelines.

Ending Homelessness Grant Guidelines
We support solutions that provide:
- Affordable long-term housing for those of low and moderate incomes, aimed at self-sufficiency.
- Transitional housing and related holistic/supportive services for homeless and precariously housed individuals and families, aimed at self-sufficiency.
- Work readiness and job support.
Financial Wellness Grant Guidelines
We support organizations and programs that provide:
- Personal financial education to encourage home ownership, informed investing and educated financial choices.
- Youth education that teaches responsible money management skills during the K-12 years.
- Affordable financial services as an alternative to predatory financial programs.
Early Childhood Education Grant Guidelines
We support:
- Early childhood education organizations and programs that adequately prepare preschoolers for kindergarten.
- Organizations that ensure affordable, quality childcare is available to all, particularly the working poor.
- Programs that equip parents with information on school readiness and early childhood development parenting skills.
