Member Connection Center Staff Can Get Your Answer
Member Connection Center staff are ready to take your calls about any fraternal questions you may have. If you are having problems finding information in CHIP and would like to personally speak with the call center staff to get your question answered, please call the Member Connection Center at 800-THRIVENT (800-847-4836) and say "Fraternal" when prompted.

Tips to Help Get the Most Out of Searches
- Check spelling.
- Use multiple
words.
- Example:
cohosting activities
- Use similar
words.
- Example:
safe secure privacy security
- Use quotation
marks – Use quotation marks to find words which must appear adjacent
to each other.
- Example:
"our pledge to you"
- Use wildcards
– Wildcard searches can expand the number of matches for a particular
request. The * character is used as the wildcard character *.
- Examples:
wh*
"wh* are"
