Promotional merchandise containing the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans logo is available through The Store, which is offered through National Premium. The Store can be accessed from the bottom of any page on Thrivent.com and includes the following products at competitive prices:

• Adult and children's apparel items (T-shirts, polos, shirts, vests, jackets, caps, etc.) in many colors and sizes.
  
  
• Specialties such as bags and luggage, business accessories, jewelry, recognition items, drinkware, children's items, and much more.

This store site has an online ordering system, online order tracking and order history features, and email customer service. Merchandise can be ordered online or by phone via credit card or check. However, the merchandise can be viewed online only at The Store.

Payment options for chapter leadership board
Chapter leadership boards have three payment options available:

1. By check, either personal or through the chapter checking account. National Premium ships orders upon receipt of the check. No orders will be sent before payment is received.

   Because National Premium will not send merchandise until payment is received, it's important for chapters to allow sufficient time between order placement and the date merchandise is needed. If paying by check:
   
   

   • Allow time for the check to reach National Premium and the items to be shipped.
   • Be sure the chapter financial director will be available to write the check when the order total is known. If he or she will not be available, please work out an alternative plan for payment of the bill.
   
   
2. By personal credit card. If this option is used, the chapter leaders should ask the financial director for a reimbursement from chapter checking account funds.
   
   
3. By gift card. If a chapter leadership board knows they need to place an order at a certain time, but the financial director won't be available to issue a check at that time, consider estimating the dollar amount of the order and purchase gift cards that can be used when the order must be placed.

Promotional merchandise must be ordered through National Premium, the approved corporate vendor
The vast majority of promotional merchandise needs of our chapters, congregational advocates and chapter service teams can be met by the items in The Store. If there is a need for a unique item not in the new collection, work with National Premium to obtain the item with appropriate branding. (Note that ordering an item not in "The Store" will include an additional custom set-up fee.) You should not order promotional merchandise through any other vendor.
