MyThrivent
When you register for MyThrivent, you have fast and secure access to your accounts online, 24 hours a day. MyThrivent lets you view and manage information for your accounts, including insurance, annuities, mutual funds and personal investments. You can receive statements electronically by enrolling in eDelivery. You can even view chapter information.
(The following areas of Thrivent.com will continue to require a separate login process: Thrivent Financial Bank, brokerage services, and business and trusts. Learn more about setting up these accounts.)
- MyAccounts – View a comprehensive financial summary of all your products and accounts, and take advantage of these time-saving options:
- eDelivery – Get quarterly summary statements and mutual fund statements. You can also receive variable annuity, variable universal life, variable settlement options and mutual fund annual reports and prospectuses. Log in to your account and choose Edit My Information to sign up.
- Payment Center – Pay the premiums for your traditional, universal and variable universal life contracts; fixed and variable annuities; and disability income, long-term care and Medicare supplement contracts.
- Mutual Funds – Make a purchase into your existing mutual fund accounts, add systematic exchanges and redemptions, view your portfolio account summary, access a financial summary of all your accounts, or view your current and historical statements.
- Banking – View account balances and transaction history, transfer funds, pay your bills, view your eStatements, and more. You can access Thrivent Financial Bank information through our Online Banking service (see below).
- MyFinancialRepresentative – Find contact information for your Thrivent Financial representative.
- MyChapter – View chapter information or visit your chapter website. Volunteer leaders can access chapter leader resources and administration menus.
- Message Center – Get answers about Thrivent.com through Live Chat with a Thrivent Financial customer service representative. Communicate with a customer service representative through the Secure Message Center. A secure inbox protects your confidential, personal information from risk of interception by unauthorized persons.
- Service Activities – Download and submit service forms for distribution, withdrawal, subaccount transfers and more. Edit your personal information or change your password in the Manage My Profile area.
- Thrivent Favorites – Customize your view by adding links for quick, easy access to other areas of our site.
