Welcome to MyThrivent
Part of the MyThrivent experience is the ability to find your account information, including values, balances, payment information and forms for Annuities, Life, Health, Disability Insurance and MedSupp, Brokerage, and Thrivent Bank.*

You will be able to manage your mutual funds, request electronic statement delivery or make premium payments, annuity contributions or mutual fund purchases online, as well as view chapter information and messages regarding your accounts.

We've provided a secure inbox for you. You can send and receive messages and updates regarding your account and membership information. You can also chat with us for technical support on our website.

* Thrivent Bank requires additional authentication for access to online banking.

MyAccounts
When you click on the MyAccounts – View all link we will provide a high-level summary of all your accounts. To view the account details, click on an account name in the Description field. MyAccounts also provides quick and easy access to your financial representative's contact information.

You will need to log in separately to access information for banking, business-brokerage or business-trust accounts.

From this screen you can also edit your information and manage your profile.

For easy access, you may want to bookmark this page. However, you'll need to provide your user ID and password before accessing.

My Personal Information
You can make address and telephone changes for other members in your household. From this screen you can enroll in eDelivery for financial documents such as mutual fund statements, prospectuses and annual reports.

eDelivery
You can enroll in eDelivery by editing your personal information with Preference Center on Thrivent.com.

Paperless documents currently available through eDelivery are:

  • Mutual Fund Statements, Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements
  • Variable Annuity Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements. Many contract statements have been converted to eDelivery. The remaining contract statements will become available through eDelivery in 2011.
  • Variable Life Insurance Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements
  • Settlement Agreement Statements, Variable Settlement Agreement Prospectuses, Annual and Semiannual Reports and Supplements.
  • Quarterly Thrivent Financial Review – a statement for members with annuity contracts or settlement agreements and mutual fund accounts.

Online Payment Center
Using the Payment Center on Thrivent.com you can make one-time, online payments for:

  • Traditional Life
  • Universal Life
  • Variable Universal Life
  • Fixed Annuities
  • Variable Annuities
  • Group Bill Accounts
  • Disability insurance, long-term care insurance, MedSupp
  • Mutual fund purchases.


Getting Started

  1. Log in to Your Accounts. Click on a Pay Now or Purchase Now button that appears next to the contract or account you wish to pay.
  2. Set up your bank account information. The first time you visit the Payment Center you will need to establish your financial institution and bank account. Your financial institution information will be saved.
  3. For an Annuity or Insurance product, select the Premium Amount displayed for your contract type. For a Mutual Fund product enter the amount you wish to invest into your account. Note: contract or account minimums may apply and you will not be able to make a payment or purchase less than your premium or minimum purchase threshold.
  4. Click Submit to authorize your payment or purchase.
  5. At the confirmation screen, answer your unique challenge question to complete your payment or purchase. Check your email for payment or purchase confirmation.
